Report On Drama Presentation

    On last Monday which is on  8^{th of} April 2013, my group, named Give Me 5 and I presented our drama entitled Hunny Bunny based on the short story Heart of Darkness written by Joseph Conrad. Our group members which consist of our leader, Nur Ilyana Binti Zainal Arifin and the members are myself, Nur Zahirah Binti Abd Aziz, Nur Hidayah Binti Mahadi, Siti Amyrah Binti Abdullah and Nor Alia Fazira Binti Mokhtar . We did our best for this drama as it carry 10% for the coursework mark. The script was written by all of us during our meetings and the first draft was sent to our tutor, Mr Rosli Din on the 1^st of April 2013.However, when we met at Halliburton for our first drama practice , one of us said that she did not satisfied with the script and she said she wanted to change the drama script .And we were agreed with her suggestion. However, at that time , we had to divide the works . Ilyana and I did the script while Dayah and Alia did the props . Amyrah did not join us because she had to go back to her sister’s house at Kuala Lumpur because her family had a very important event.Ilyana and I did the script as fast as we can which was took only a day to complete the script or else we did not have enough time to practice drama . We practiced our drama with full of enthusiasm. We also bought some manila cards to make props for our drama. We are so happy and excited as we managed to make a comedy drama. The venue that had been chosen by most of our tutorial members to present our drama was at the Halliburton. We chose Halliburton is because the place is nice and beautiful. We are the first group to present our drama and we felt nervous as this is our first time acting in UTP. On that day, we acted as the best as we can. We kept reminding each other to not make any spoils during the drama presentation. We set up our scene using the props that we had done. At first, we were so nervous. However, with the support from our friends and our tutor, we managed to complete our drama presentation with joy and happiness.

     After we had completed our drama presentation, I felt relieved because all our efforts in the making of this drama are paid off. We were so happy that we had completed this task, which was given by our tutor since February 2013 successfully. We really enjoyed every performance by the other group in our tutorial and I think that we had done a really good job. Mr Rosli was satisfied with our presentation and he has congratulated us for the best performance. In my own perspective, I feel very lucky to have the chance to do an activity like this .This is because it make me realize that it is really important to have teamwork in doing something and it also had increase my confidence level to talk  in front of the people.
