The causes and effects of husband playing scrabble with her wife

         What makes the husband and his wife to play the scrabble? What is the consequences of playing the scrabble? This short story, Death by the Scrabble is written by Charlie Fish. This story is about a married couple who had failed their relationship because there is no communication between them. By playing scrabble, they express their own feeling towards each other and it becomes worst as word of the scrabble become reality. The following paragraphs are about the causes and effects of the married couple playing the scrabble.

          The causes of married couple playing the scrabble because they want to spend their weekends with something good which they can spend time together. They rarely do activities together so this is the chance for them to be together. Then, the husband is forced by his wife to play the scrabble and by playing the scrabble, it is the only way for them to communicate and express their feeling towards each other.
the effects of the married couple playing the scrabble are the husband is died. The scrabble words becom jinxed and reality when they play the game. Not only that but there also an earthquake. The husband also dies and the wife is enjoying see her husband dying without any help. Thus, the marriage failed.

          In my opinion, the husband and wife are hating each other. They also plan to kill each other when they are playing the scrabble. As a conclusion, their marriage is failed and there are many causes and effect of the married couple playing the scrabble.
