The Causes and Effects of the Husband playing Scrabble with his wife.

     What is the causes and effects of the husband had to play scrabble with his wife? The  short story Death by Scrabble was written by Charlie Fish. This story is about the husband and wife playing scrabble on a weekend. The following paragraphs are about the causes and effects on the husband had to play scrabble with his wife.

     There are few causes of the husband had to play scrabble with his wife. Firstly, his wife wanted to spend the weekends together. Maybe they rarely spend their time for each other so this is a chance for them to be together. Secondly, the husband did not voice out his disagreement about playing the game. Even he had other plans to do in his mind but he did not explain to her. Next, he could express his hatred feelings towards his wife without talking forward. He always wished he could kill her as he hates her so much.

     There are few effects of the husband had to play the game with his wife. Firstly, the relationship did not have a good ending. Because of lack of communication and the partner did not understand each other, the relationship did not go well. Besides that, the husband died in a poor condition. The strange part is the wife just watched him without any intend of trying to help her husband. As the husband died, their marriage ended without any happy ending.

     As conclusion, there are many causes and effects the husband had to play scrabble with his wife. In my opinion, husband and wife should understand each other and have a good communication. I hope every married couple can find a better way to save their marriage.
