Should career
women quit their jobs after their first delivery of baby? If I were asked with
this question, my opinion is career women should quit their jobs after their
first delivery of baby. The following paragraphs are about the advantages for
women quitting their jobs after giving birth, the disadvantages for women who
return to their works after giving birth and the effect towards the baby if the
women return to work.
There are few
advantages for women quitting their jobs after their first delivery. First of
all, they can give their full attention towards their baby as the baby are
growing up and need lots of attention and loves from their parents. Most social
problems that occurred nowadays are because of children whose parents were busy
with their work. So they tried to do something that can attract their parents’s
attention. Besides that, if women choose to quit their jobs, they can give
their baby an informal educations which starts from house rather than let their
baby stayed in nursery. They can trained their baby to be discipline and also,
they do not have to worry about their baby’s health as they can treat their
baby on their own.
On the other
hand, there are some disadvantages for women who return to their career after
their first delivery. The disadvantages are their time management will be
packed as they need to spend time with working and taking care of their baby.
For career women, they should know how to manage their time wisely so that they
can balance their time between working and family matters. They will be more
tired compared to women who are not working. However, women who returns to work
after their first delivery will earn extra money for their family’s financial.
But, as we all know that money cannot replace everything. If they went to work
and left their baby to babysitter and something bad happens, they cannot pay
with their money.
Other than that,
the effect that the baby might face if women returns to work is the baby might
feel lack of love from their mother as they cannot spend most of their time
with their mother. As I said in the previous paragraph, children that growth
with lack of loves from their parents will tried to do something that will lead
to social problems to catch their parents’s attention. Nevertheless, baby from
a working mother can be more independent than the baby who was pampered by
their parents all the times. However, no matter how independent a children
might be, they still need to be under their parents guidance.
As a conclusion,
career women should quit their jobs after giving birth to their first baby so
that they can spend most of their times with the baby and gives them full
attention and loves. I hope one day all women in this world will stop working
and pay more attention towards their family and let the men to work out and
earn money for their living.
