STUDENT DIED WHILE PLAYING RUGBY

19 FEBRUARY 2013, TRONOH – A malay student who studied in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) during playing playing rugby. The incident was unique because it is the first death of student here during game.

            The main cause of his death was his carelessness of avoiding the safety while playing. He did not wear any suitable sport suits for rugby except wearing a short pant and a t-shirt without shoes. So, this lead to his broken neck and he died on the spot.

            As we know, we need a complete rugby’s equipment because rugby is an extreme game that can give a truly serious injury to an unlucky one. So, government should increase the insentive to help the poor students buying sport’s equipment so that they can play and live like a normal student.
