First Characteristics of a Soul mate.
Have you ever met your soul mate? In my definition, soul mates are two people who love and understands each other deeply, not surely meant to be together but they just cannot live without each other. I did a simple research among the members in Group Tutorial English 8 at Lecture Room 12 (Block N) from 5 pm to 6 pm. Actually I wanted to know what is the first characters my friends shall find in their soul mates. I have made this research on 8 male and 12 female UTP students. Most of them are in foundation studies taking civil engineering, petroleum engineering and electrical engineering courses. All of them are eighteen years old in the average.
Based on the research I made, 30% of the students made the physical appearance as the first element they shall look toward their partners. Another 30% which is about 6 person of them are looking forward for the sincerity and quality of the love their soul mates might offered. On the other hand, there are 25% of them choose attitude as a benchmark. From the results, I found two of them mentioned about the virginity of their mate and I thought these answers came from the guys. Besides, only one person gave an answer about wealth.
From this research, I can conclude that most of the students stressed about the physical appearance, sincerity and attitude. I do agree that in any relationship, sincerity is an essential elements especially in the matters of hearts. The physical appearance did not lasts as time goes by. I hope most of us will find our soul mates and live happily ever after.
