Women's right in life as a worker and a mother.
What is the main reason for the thoughts of women quit their job in order to be a full-time housewife? In my opinion, women in this modern world are professional enough to be great employees and good mothers at the same time. The fact is, women nowadays have the same responsibilities and characters as men, they have their own rights in making decisions and they deserve their protection and respect within the society.
Women today have their own responsibilities and character which approve their rights to continue their jobs. They are well-educated, independent, and competitive enough to be a great employee even they are working mothers. Furthermore, some of them are good enough to be the only bread-winner of the family. They are tough enough to take the men's responsibilities for themselves to prepare the things needed for the family.
Besides that, women should not quit their job because they have their own right in making decisions about their life. They are professional enough to maintain their focus on work and family. By the way, there are some of them who abandon their children as they were too committed in their work.
Other than that, women deserve their protection and respect within a society. As a leader they deserve to be respected by their fellow working partners. They can be a respectful leader in the community. The sad thing is, some of them get too emotional easily and that effects the quality of their jobs.
