Have you ever faced a problem that involved women who need to quit their jobs after their first delivery of baby ? In this globalization world , I totally disagree that women should quit their jobs after their first delivery of baby especially when they have a good career . Women should not quit their jobs after their first delivering of baby because they can help to increase the family economy , become more independent and need a lot of money to raise their children .
The women's job are very important especially to the familly even after first delivery . Women can earn some extra money for the family . They can help to increase the family economy . As we know , nowadays , standard of living is high . For those couple who have a children that age under 7 years old need to be sent to the kindergarten due to the parents working . So they need to pay for kindergarten fee too . In that case , by women working , they can help their family economy .
Other than that , if they working , they also can become more independent . Women will learn how to work hard and also not to depend on others when having difficulties . They will stand on their own feet in seek of their life . If they are having any problem , they will solve it with rational way .
Last but not least , as a mother , women need a lot of money to raise their children . They can not just depend on their husband because their husband has a lot of other responsibility . So by working , they can give their children a bset knowledge for their children . They also want to see their children success . Women willing to sacrifice anything for the seek of their children .
