Discrimination on married women in industry field

          Why married women who just deliver their first baby shoul quit their job? Can’t they give full commitment in their job after being a mother? From my point of view, modern women nowadays can easily divide their times for career and family. Women now are professional enough to be a good workers and great mothers in the same time. From what we know and see now, women try to make themselves as good as guys and also can do what people think not suitable for women. They should have a chance to stand their right in industry fields. Therefore women should rise up to keep their career, be a good mother and workers in the same time.

          The modern life makes women able to be as good as man. They cannot just quit their jobs after their first delivery of baby eventhough they already have a great career life. They should have a career life because they have to earn their own money besides depending on their husband. They should be independent in this modern life. If they be more independent, they can afford anything and makes their life easier and have a happy successful person.

          Women cannot do much more work as before after their first delivery of baby. Some think that they will not do their job more efficiently like before. But it just in a shorten time. Women need support from their family especially their husband. They must be motivated to balance their career and life and maybe lend them some help when they need it. Then, women also should be more patience and always think positive about something so that they will not be too stressful.

          As a mother, women also should always spend a quality times with their baby and family. So, women should manage their times more efficiently to balance their career and as a mother. They can ask for help from their family such as taking care of their baby when they are going to work and so on. They also can take a leave so that they can spend a quality times with their baby. They also can use that time to go for hoildays to rest their mind.

          As a conclusion, women should have a right to continue their career’s life eventhough they already have others commitment to focus on. But, nowadays, women are as tough as men and they can manage to think more professional without using their emotional for their life’s sake. Therefore, women should make a good decision for their future life and their baby’s sakes.
