The responsibility of women as a mother and as an employees.

        Which field should a woman focus on more? Should they quit from their job for the sake of their baby or they should continue with their own career??Most of the women nowadays are highly educated. So, it is impossible for them to not go to work and just stay at home.  If they did not use their education and their knowledge,the field they've taken might be not develop well as lack of educated workers. In my opinion,women should not quit their job because of money,their own right and for the future.

        The reason that women should not quit their job is because they could help their husband or their family to earn more money as nowadays expanses increasing day by day. They also should not quit their job for the sake of their children's future. They can save more money for the children's education.

        Not only because of that, I think women also should have their own right to decide their own choices wether to go to work or to quit from their job. This is for their own sake. If anybody force them to do what they do not want to do, the matter may become worst. Then, the women will be more independent without depending to others.

        On the other hand, I think women should focus more on their children too. They have ti stabilised and maintain their focus on their children and also to their career. By this,everything will go on smoothly. They also should work it out in shorten time. They have to manage their time properly between their career and their children.

        In a nutshell, all women should not quit their job so that they can earn more money, to stand their own rights and for the sake of everybody's future. Women must male a good and wise decision for their own futures. In my opinion, women can work as long as they did not neglect their focus and responsibility towards their family.
