The second cause is that the husband hated his wife very much for apparently no reason at all. The third cause is that the husband hoped to kill his wife.

      Here are the effects resulted from the causes above. The effect for the first cause is that the husband complained a lot of his wife as he hated playing scrabble. The effect for the second cause is that the husband wished to play words related to killing or murdering to reflect his desire. The effect for the third cause is that the husband got killed eventually.
